Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).

Multiple Visit Payment Options

Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service — Your Treatment Coordinator will provide you with specific details.

Option 2: Insurance assignment of benefit — For those with dental insurance benefits, we will be happy to handle the complete processing of your claims, from preauthorization to claims for treatment rendered.

When we have a written preauthorization from your insurance company, you only pay the difference between the procedure fee and the amount that the insurance is covering.

Option 3: Outside Financing — For those who would prefer an extended payment plan.

We offer CareCredit, which is available for our patients who wish to extend their payments over time. In addition, payments may be made with cash, personal check, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or debit card.
